01. Return Window & Overview

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
1.2
All returned fragrance items are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team prior to issuing a refund.
02. Return Eligibility Criteria
2.1
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, un-sprayed, and intact in its original factory cellophane wrap.
2.2
The item must be in its original packaging along with all accessories, velvet pouches, and proof of purchase (Order ID).
03. Non-Returnable Items
3.1
Due to UAE health, hygiene, and cosmetic safety regulations, opened or test-sprayed perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
3.2
Custom laser-engraved perfume bottles, trial sample vials, and promotional gift sets are non-refundable.
Fragrance Hygiene Notice
Because olfactive notes degrade once unsealed, we cannot accept returns on bottles with broken cellophane seals.
04. Damaged or Leaking Items
4.1
If your item arrives broken, defective, or leaking, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
4.2
Please provide photos or video proof showing the damaged bottle and shipping label to support@treppanuae.com for an immediate 100% free replacement.
